These general terms and conditions apply to all quotes, agreements and deliverables from Pixelthis B.V., unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pixelthis quotes are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated. An agreement is formed when the client has approved the quote in writing (or digitally, for example via Offorte).
A standard 50% deposit of the agreed amount is required at the start of a project. The remaining amount is invoiced upon delivery, with a 14-day payment term.
Raw image and audio material remains the property of Pixelthis B.V. After full payment, the client receives a usage licence for the final product, valid for the agreed purposes, media and duration. Use beyond this agreement is arranged in consultation.
Unless otherwise agreed, two revision rounds per production are included. Additional changes outside these rounds are charged on an hourly basis.
Pixelthis B.V. endeavours to deliver productions in accordance with agreed specifications. Liability is limited to the amount of the relevant assignment, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
In case of force majeure (such as bad weather during outdoor shoots), both parties seek a suitable solution in consultation — such as rescheduling the production date.
